Climate And Weather
To talk about climatic change, an understanding of climate is needed. Generally, 'weather' is the condition of the atmosphere such as temperature, wind, rain, etc. 'Climate' refers to the average weather in a region for several decades.
Because climate depends on certain factors such as: latitude, distance from the sea, plants, mountains, time, location, and/or other geographical facts, it varies quite a lot.
Namely, the climate fluctuates from season to season, year to year, decade to decade, and the period of change could be as long as an ice age. The critical change of the average climatic condition is simply called, 'climate change'.
